As a recurring guest lecturer for two of the most prestigious business schools in the country, I enjoy helping prepare the next generation of professionals to get ready for the real world before they arrive there. By setting realistic expectations, giving them insight on how to round out their university education with other applicable skills, they will be leaving school more prepared than their peers.
In addition to Public Speaking to large groups of students, I also do one on one mentoring and coaching sessions as well. Many of the topics I discuss open up new lines of thinking for the students, and more detail is sought in these individual Zoom sessions. This one-on-one approach allows me to customize the guidance I provide.
My sales philosophy is simple:

Sales is an artform, and a client-first approach is crucial to real success and long-lasting business relationships. Unfortunately there is a wide spectrum of approaches, and some are downright painful to listen to or observe. There are plenty of sales people out there give the real professionals a bad name.
Account Management is the lifeblood of the company, as it supports the clients and keeps all f the sales teams effort to generate revenue flowing. Constant churn of your client base is just spinning your wheels, and profitability will continue to elude your company. Sharing over 20 years of my experience will make the goals of client retention and satisfaction a reality.
A younger workforce has some real advantages, but can also present some challenges. While many companies strive to get their management team up to speed on how to "deal with Millennials and Gen Zers", my goal is to work with this younger employee base and bridge the gap to the management team.
After consulting with the appropriate management team members, I will learn about your department's goals, culture and areas of concern, and act as a liaison to the younger workforce.
In working with the younger workforce, I will assist them in navigating the unfamiliar territory of their burgeoning career. Helping to ensure realistic time lines, expectations and more will increase employee retention and satisfaction, leading to a more cohesive work environment for all.
